All scholarship application will be assessed and reviewed to determine the eligibility of the applicants.  The successful applicants will be contacted via email to sit for a scholarship examination on Mathematics in the following month. 

 

Scholarships will be awarded at the discretion of HEC Sydney to deserving applicants who meet the criteria and best demonstrate their aspirations to further their educational development.  No correspondence will be entered into regarding the reasons for the decision.  No appeal is allowed.

 

CONDITION OF ACCEPTING HEC DREAM SCHIEVER HALF YEARLY SCHOLARSHIP, A SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT MUST:

1. Consent to HEC Sydney using their images, blogs, result, film and/or recording of the same in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for all marketing, advertising and promotion of the centre. 

2. To provide evidence of their academic achievements to HEC Sydney, and be prepared to keep a journal of their learning experience with HEC for a minimal of two terms.

3. Follow HEC policies and instructions at all time and be a role model for our school community.

4. Actively provide feedback to HEC Sydney.

5. Must NOT be sponsored by other tuition colleges on the subjects HEC are offered during the scholarship year.

 

CANCELLATION OF SCHOLARSHIP:

1. Scholarship recipients, who subsequently fail to complete a minimum of two terms tuition program, will be obliged to repay such tuition fees to HEC Sydney.  HEC reserves the right to claim such fees.

2. Scholarship recipients who fail to comply with any of the conditions stated above ( including failing to meet satisfactory academic progress ), HEC reserves the right at its own discretion, to withdraw, terminate or suspend the scholarship from the student at any time.
